A 14-year-old schoolboy has been jailed after he barricaded
his teacher inside a classroom then laughed as he sexually assaulted
her.
Desperate colleagues tried to break down the door
when they heard the teacher screaming for help but could not stop the
boy, now 15, from Wrexham.
Staff fought their way into the school's computer room and pulled the 'distressed and terrified' teacher to safety.
The teenager, who admitted sexual assault and was sentenced to four
years’ youth detention, had put his hand up her skirt and forced himself
on her.
Prosecutor Karl Scholz told Mold Crown Court: 'The
teacher and the boy were in the classroom when he closed the door and
snapped the latch shut.
'He told her he had things on his mind and took hold of her and hugged her.
'She managed to get away and wanted to leave the room but realised the door was locked.
'The schoolboy then put his hand up the teacher’s skirt and carried out a serious sexual assault on her.'
Mr Scholz said staff outside could hear their colleague scream and the boy laughing.
When they eventually got in the teacher was 'very distressed' and had a 'terrified' expression on her face.
Mold Crown Court court was told the teacher had been unable to return
to work since the horrific school sex attack at the 700-pupil high
school in North Wales.
The schoolboy, who cannot be named for
legal reasons, had previous convictions for two sexual assaults and was
on bail for a third when he attacked his teacher.
Steven Edwards, defending, said the boy had suffered a difficult childhood and had been the victim of abuse.
Judge
Greg Bull QC told the schoolboy: 'You attacked one of your teachers,
barricaded her into the computer room and forced yourself on her.
'It was a terrifying experience for a woman who was only there to try and help you.'
The teenager was also placed on the sex offenders’ register for life.

BREAKING News: I WILL SUE FASHOLA - Orji Uzor Kalu
Deportation of Igbo from Lagos: Kalu threatens to sue Fashola
I have been inundated with several calls since I left Nigeria for an international assignment in Zimbabwe on how the Lagos State Government deported 67 Igbo to Onitsha in Anambra State.
Initially, I didn't believe the story that any governor could package some Igbo like cartons of expired products and dump them under the Upper Iweka Flyover Bridge in Onitsha until I read it and saw the defence of one of the Special Advisers of Governor Babatunde Fashola on why the Igbo were deported in their fathers' land.
Pope says gays should not be marginalized: homosexual acts were sinful, but homosexual orientation was not.
ROME (Reuters) - Pope Francis has said gay people should not be
marginalized but integrated into society, in some of the most
conciliatory remarks by a pontiff on the issue of homosexuality.
In a broad-ranging 80-minute conversation with journalists on the plane bringing him back from a week-long visit to Brazil on Sunday night, he also said he could not judge gay priests, an emotive topic that divides Catholic opinion.
But the 76-year-old Argentine did reaffirm Church teaching that homosexual acts are a sin.
Francis stressed the Roman Catholic Church's ban on women priests was definitive, although he would like them to have more leadership roles in administration and pastoral activities.

Islamists kill 20 civilians in Borno
Suspected members of Nigeria’s Islamist group Boko Haram shot dead more than 20 civilians when a vigilante group attacked them in the northern Borno state, a military spokesman said Sunday.
“The suspected sect members came armed and fired sporadic shots that killed over twenty innocent civilians,” Haruna Mohammed Sani, spokesman for the Multinational Joint Task Force (MNJTF) said.
The violence took place on Saturday in Dawashe village, the army lieutenant said in a statement.
He said men from the Civilian Joint Task Force, a vigilante group formed in Boko Haram’s bastion Maiduguri to combat the Islamist gunmen who have been terrorising the region for years, entered Dawashe to search for suspects.
Suspected Boko Haram members subsequently opened fire in the village, the spokesman said, adding that the 20 victims were mostly fishermen and traders.
Sani said a dozen other civilians sustained gunshot wounds during the incident but provided no information on casualties among the belligerents.
The toll and circumstances of the incident could not immediately be verified independently.
The MNJTF, a joint military force set up in 1998 to combat border crimes, consists of troops from Nigeria, Chad and Niger.
Its mandate was recently expanded to fight Boko Haram, whose insurgency is estimated to have cost 3,600 lives since 2009, including killings by security forces.

It’s sheer wickedness to the couple, they should leave them to enjoy

The bride was not naked or dressed inappropriately and the groom
